  • Kimberleys Field & Sites B4084 – Site visit Cllr Rowley
  • 20/02151 – Evesham Vale Caravan Park, Yessell Lane – to vary condition No 4 (95/00584) to allow private static caravan owners to extend the season – awaiting decision by WDC
  • 20/02133 – Severn Acres, Main Road, Cropthorne – 2 x new gypsy plots comprising 1 x static and 1 touring caravan and 2 x utility blocks. Retrospective permission for new day room – awaiting decision by WDC
  • 20/2439 – Maple Wood, Brook Lane – Residential development of four 4 bedroom dwellings with detached garages as approved under planning reference W/16/02510/PN – Variation of Condition 2 – awaiting decision by WDC

6. HIGHWAY MATTERS (TO INCLUDE FLOODING)

  • Smokey Lane
  • Junction – report from Cllr Annis following meeting with landowner to clear spoils
  • Speed Limit – re email received from resident re current 60mph limit
  • Field Barn Lane Junction – issue with overgrown hedge – report from Cllr Annis following discussion with resident and subsequent communication
  • Flooding Brook Lane – LM has cleared the culvert under Brook lane / Main Street, but discussion with resident suggests something could be done to slow down the flow of water, from the culvert on B4084 (where the road collapsed 2007) into Brook Lane – discuss with WCC
  • Footway Brook Lane – Feedback from LM following siding out of footway in Brook lane

  1. New Homes Bonus – Corran Dean Application has been 95% completed with supporting documents. Clerk is awaiting final project costs to be added to the application in readiness for consideration by WDC at the beginning of March
  2. Community Infrastructure Levy Fund – Nothing further to report – awaiting possibility of engineering works to alleviate speeding
  3. Speeding: Nothing further to report at the moment
  • Traffic Calming Options to include Church Leys / Neigh Lane
  • Community Speed Watch – awaiting details of volunteer training
  1. Bollards, Lower Croft – Clerk to report on outcome of Rooftop intervention
  2. War Memorial – Nothing further to report at the moment

10. FINANCE

a) Payments for approval/made since last meeting

b) To consider budget proposal circulated and precept request. Clerk has asked for a

review of paid hours – to increase from 28 hours per month to 30 hours. To consider

c) The parish council has a legal obligation to record any income / expenditure of CIL

(Community Infrastructure Levy) monies. To date we have not spent any of the £8,223

and a statement to this effect has been signed by the Chairman and forwarded to WDC
