All parishes in the Fladbury were involved, and there are 2 phases, with an enquiry into the Minerals Local Plan and a possible separate issue being site specific if the Charlton site proceeds. The clerk reported that she was acting as the ‘secretarial administrator’ in taking minutes, sending emails etc for the group representing the parish councils. There will be administration costs involved in the printing of fliers and leaflets, setting up a specific website and secretarial time.
