APPROVAL OF MINUTES from meeting 1^st December 2025
COUNTY COUNCILLOR / DISTRICT COUNCILLOR REPORTS
The meeting will close for 10 minutes to allow parishioners to address councillors.
PLANNING:
- a) W/25/02517/LB Oakleigh, Blacksmiths Lane, Cropthorne, Pershore, WR10 3LX Description of Proposal: Replacement of all windows with heat efficient windows.
- b) W/25/01768/OUT Amendments to Outline planning application for up to 9 no. dwellings and associated works including the provision of footpaths (all matters reserved except for access to the highway) Location: Land At (Os 0016 4458), Field Barn Lane, Cropthorne. Only new Comments need to be submitted.
HIGHWAY MATTERS (TO INCLUDE FLOODING)

FINANCE
- a) to note and approve income and expenditure since Nov 3^rd 2025 Meeting (circulated to councillors)
- b) to consider and approve the 2026/27 budget.
- c) to consider and approve the request for precept to Wychavon District Council.
- d) To approve 6 months back pay of national pay rate for Clerk @ £115.92 total as per 2025/26 budget.
