2.         DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Councillors who have declared a disclosable pecuniary interest, or any other disclosable interest must leave the room for the relevant items unless the Council decides on a dispensation.

3.         APPROVAL OF MINUTES from meeting Monday 4th Nov 2024

The meeting will close for 10 minutes to allow parishioners to address councillors.

  1. Correspondence from Mr S. Tilling about VAS, dog fouling and parking.
  2. Lorries parking on Middle Lane verges – damaging lawns.
  3. The Croft,  Rooftop Housing – glazing units being stored on site – affecting roadways and parking.
  4. Lengthsman and fitting of new VAS solar units.

9.         FINANCE / GOVERNANCE

  1. Payments for approval/made since 4th Nov meeting – circulated to Cllrs
  2. Approval of back dated Clerk pay increase (63p per hour) in line with national agreement.
  3. Budget plan and Precept Request for 2025 / 26 – circulated to Cllrs

10.       VILLAGE HALL –  Report from Cllr King and Cllr Hall.
