The meeting will close for 10 minutes to allow parishioners to address councillors.
4. PLANNING:
a) W/25/02460/FUL Land At (Os 9999 4454) Field Barn Lane, Cropthorne. Amendments to application and presentation of PC case to Wychavon District Council Planning Committee on 5th March.
b) To note approval of Section 106 agreement modifications relating to legal agreement dated 16.06.23 associated with planning permission reference 21/02924/FUL – to include Cropthorne.
5. HIGHWAY MATTERS (TO INCLUDE FLOODING)
To consider any updates on these matters.
6. PROGRESS REPORTS / UPDATES
Clerk’s report : SBK sign removal Blacksmith’s Lane. CiLCA training starting in March 200 hrs divided 40,40,20 between parishes. A request to revisit the Community Speed Watch initiative.
7. FINANCE
a) to note and approve income and expenditure since 12th January 2026 (circulated to cllrs)
b) Section 106 monies and village hall play area spending.
8. LOCAL GOVERNMENT REORGANISATION
Consideration of options – a single Worcestershire or North and South Authorities?
9. VILLAGE HALL – Report from Cllr King and Cllr Hall.
