    3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES \u2013<\/em><\/strong> Minutes from previous meetings were approved and signed \u2013 proposed Councillor Clive, seconded Councillor King<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      PARISHIONERS QUESTION TIME:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. PLANNING:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        a) 16\/02510 Greenacres, Brook lane<\/strong> \u2013 Residential development of 4 x 4 bedroom dwellings with detached garages. Refused by WDC<\/p>\n

        d) 16\/00209 8 Evergreen, Main Road \u2013 <\/strong>Awaiting additional information from WDC<\/p>\n

        Miscellaneous Planning Concerns: – <\/strong><\/p>\n

        (i) Stricklands \u2013 Living accommodation issues \u2013 with enforcement team. <\/strong>DC English advised she had been in contact with WDC Enforcements and they were aware of the mobile homes<\/p>\n

        (ii) Severn Acres \u2013 second access \u2013 <\/strong>with enforcement team<\/p>\n

        (iii) Kimberleys Land \u2013<\/strong> With enforcement team<\/p>\n

        Above planning concerns to be investigated by District Cllr English \u2013 she is to meet with Leader of WDC to discuss the various enforcement issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. VILLAGE HALL<\/strong> \u2013 Cllr King advised that the Sound \/ Vision project was progressing slowly now in its final stages. The committee are looking for new members, including a booking clerk.<\/li>\n
        2. COUNTY COUNCILLORS REPORT<\/strong> \u2013 Nothing to report, although since the meeting a report had been circulated<\/li>\n
        3. MATTERS ARISING:<\/strong><\/li>\n
        4. \n Smart Water \u2013 Further kits had been distributed, still more to be delivered.<\/li>\n
        5. \n Lengthsman \u2013 Nothing to report<\/li>\n
        6. \n Baldwins Bank \u2013 Awaiting action by Western Power regarding the dead silver birch<\/li>\n
        7. \n New Homes Bonus \u2013 Current amount available \u00a319, 700 (to be used if accepted by WDC on speed project)<\/li>\n
        8. \n Traveller Consultation \u2013 Awaiting outcome of consultation<\/li>\n
        9. \n Speeding \u2013 B4084 \u2013 Awaiting confirmation of a breakdown of costs for the red road surfacing. The clerk, Chair and Cllr Smythe to meet and finalise costings to enable us to move forward with the NHB application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
