      1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES \u2013<\/em><\/strong> Minutes from previous meetings were approved and signed \u2013 proposed Cllr Clive, seconded Cllr Segar \u2013 all in favour<\/li>\n
      2. PARISHIONERS QUESTION TIME: <\/strong>The following issues were recorded:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        a) Overgrowth \u2013 <\/strong>A request for overgrowth to be cleared from the bus stop on the B4084 <\/a>Action Lengthsman<\/em>. Also overgrowth needs cutting back from Main Street (between Pound House and Orchard Rise), and also from land at the bottom of Brook Lane. The clerk will write to landowners<\/em><\/p>\n

        b) Holland House<\/strong> \u2013 a request for staff to use the car park, rather than park in the road Also for the sign to Holland House to be secured Action Clerk<\/em>.<\/p>\n

        c) Church Wall <\/strong>\u2013 a request made for weeds to be cleared from within and in front of the church wall Action Lengthsman<\/em>.<\/p>\n

        1. PLANNING:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          a) 18\/00489 \u2013 Rorkes Drift, Main Street \u2013 proposed car port \u2013 approved by WDC<\/em><\/p>\n

          b) 18\/00539 \u2013 The Pound Main Street \u2013 internal and external alterations associated with boiler installation \u2013 approved by WDC<\/em><\/p>\n

          c) 18\/00682 \u2013 Greenacres \u2013 proposed garage and store \u2013 approved by WDC<\/em><\/p>\n

          d) 18\/01045 \u2013 Riverside Lodge, Neigh Lane \u2013 conversion of existing velux window to dormer window Cllr Annis did not participate in discussion<\/em>. There were no objections to this application<\/p>\n
