Cllr Clive agreed he would meet CC footpath officer to discuss in more detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>PLANNING:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>a)   <strong>16\/00209 8 Evergreen, Main Road \u2013 <\/strong>Awaiting additional information from WDC<\/p>\n<p><strong>c)   16\/02754 &amp; 16\/02753 Midcott, Middle Lane \u2013 <\/strong>awaiting decision by WDC<\/p>\n<p><strong>d)  17\/00689\/LB \u2013<\/strong> <strong>Little Cottage, Middle Lane \u2013 <em>Cllr King left the room <\/em><\/strong> &#8211; There were no objections to this application.  Approved by WDC<\/p>\n<p><strong>e)  17\/00425 The Orchard, Smokey Lane <\/strong>\u2013 Awaiting decision by WDC<\/p>\n<p><strong>f)  17\/00798LB Quoice Cottage, Kennel Bank <\/strong>c- Awaiting decision by WDC<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miscellaneous Planning Concerns: &#8211; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(i)  Stricklands \u2013 Living accommodation issues \u2013 with enforcement team to organise a site visit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(ii)  Severn Acres \u2013 second access \u2013 <\/strong>With enforcement officer<\/p>\n<p><strong>(iii) Kimberleys Land \u2013<\/strong> WDC Enforcements had written to the new owners<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>VILLAGE HALL<\/strong> \u2013 Cllr King reported that they were still looking for a booking clerk, even on a temporary basis.  At present there was no cleaner \/ caretaker for the hall, and a re-furb of the football pitches is scheduled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>COUNTY COUNCILLORS REPORT<\/strong> \u2013 County Cllr Eyre reported the following<strong>:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    Evesham Traffic Survey \u2013 results expected imminently<\/li>\n<li>\n    Field Barn Lane \u2013 permanent passing places to be investigated<\/li>\n<li>\n    A 20mph speed limit outside the school has been applied for.  Consultation to take place at a later date as to whether this is maintained by signage or engineering works if the request is approved<\/li>\n<li>\n    Footways in need of repair to be reported for consideration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>MATTERS ARISING:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n  Smart Water \u2013  A flier had been distributed to all households asking for those who had not received their Smart Water to contact the clerk.  So far, only one resident had been in touch<\/li>\n<li>\n  Lengthsman \u2013 The lengthsman had carried out maintenance to two benches in the village.  He had advised that the new bench outside the church would require some attention in the autumn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>2017\/13<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n  New Home Bonus \u2013 Still awaiting suggestions for the use of the remaining \u00a323,000.  A suggestion had been received for a new mower for The Sheppey, though this is still subject to full discussion.  Several options had been brought to the attention of the Parish Council.  It was agreed that a demonstration be carried out in the first instance.  Thanks were made to Mr Pomeroy for his help on this matter.<\/li>\n<li>\n  Traveller Consultation \u2013 Awaiting outcome of consultation<\/li>\n<li>\n  Speeding \u2013 B4084 \u2013 The NHB application had been considered by WDC but only the cost for the VAS signs had been approved.  It was agreed that in the first instance the speed signs be ordered and the posts requested from CC, along with the Dragons Teeth on the B4084.  Further discussion to take place regarding the cost of the village gates.<\/li>\n<li>\n  Parish Councils Chairmans Meeting \u2013 A meeting has been scheduled for June 28<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FINANCE<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n   Approval of payments made\/to be made since last meeting, as listed below \u2013 All councillors approved<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>\n   Polices \u2013 The clerk had circulated the following policies for approval:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    Complaints Procedure<\/li>\n<li>\n    Procedure for Co-option<\/li>\n<li>\n    Equality &amp; Diversity Procedure<\/li>\n<li>\n    Freedom of Information Policy<\/li>\n<li>\n    Health &amp; Safety Policy<\/li>\n<li>\n    Standing Orders<\/li>\n<li>\n    Financial Regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These were approved by the parish council, and would be reviewed on an annual basis<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>ANY OTHER BUSINESS\/ FOR DISCUSSION AT FUTURE MEETING<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    It was reported that a couple of bollards \/ posts had been knocked down at Lower Croft.
