He was duly co-opted onto the parish council, proposed Councillor Segar, seconded Councillor King<\/li>\n<li><strong>PLANNING :<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>W\/16\/00635  &#8211;  Court Thatch, Neigh Lane \u2013 <\/strong>approved by WDC<\/li>\n<li><strong>W\/15\/03147 \u2013<\/strong> Land North of Blacksmiths Lane \u2013 Erection of 4 detached bungalows and access drive from Blacksmiths Lane \u2013 refused by WDC<\/li>\n<li><strong>W\/16\/00458 <\/strong>Fairways, Field Barn Lane \u2013 second storey extension \u2013 Approved by WDC<\/li>\n<li><strong>W\/16\/00475 \u2013 <\/strong>Holland House \u2013 External and internal alterations \u2013 approved by WDC<\/li>\n<li><strong>W\/15\/02974 \u2013<\/strong> New Inn, Main Road &#8211; Proposed single storey extension to enlarge dining \/function area; pitched roof over existing store and wc\u2019s to replace existing part pitched; formalise parking to front of property by creating boundary and stopping up highway \u2013 awaiting decision by WDC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Miscellaneous Planning Concerns: &#8211; <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n  Mobile home &amp; hardstanding at The Orchard, Smokey lane \u2013 Planning contravention served<\/li>\n<li><strong>VILLAGE HALL<\/strong> \u2013  Covered in Annual Parish Meeting<\/li>\n<li><strong>COUNTY COUNCILLORS REPORT \u2013<\/strong>  Covered in Annual Parish Meeting<\/li>\n<li><strong>DISTRICT COUNCILLORS REPORT \u2013 <\/strong>Covered in Annual Parish Meeting<\/li>\n<li><strong>MATTERS ARISING :<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n  Smart Water \u2013 due for distribution 19<sup>th<\/sup> May<\/li>\n<li>\n  Lengthsman \u2013 New contract received and signed.  Budget remains the same<\/li>\n<li>\n  Baldwins Bank \u2013 Clearance undertaken but works still necessary.  To be discussed<\/li>\n<li>\n  New Homes Bonus \u2013 The parish council supported the village hall and the proposed sound proofing system \u2013 as discussed at the Annual parish Meeting<\/li>\n<li>\n  Traveller consultation \u2013 responded to<\/li>\n<li><strong>FINANCE  <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n  Bank statements\/reconciliation were made available to the Parish Council.  Year End Accounts had been forwarded to the parish council and were available at the meeting.
