    2. ELECTION OF CHAIR\/VICE CHAIR<\/strong> Cllr Annis was nominated chairman, proposed Cllr Clive, seconded Cllr King. Cllr Smythe was nominated vice chair, proposed Cllr Clive, seconded, Cllr King<\/li>\n
    3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST \u2013 <\/strong>None declared<\/li>\n
    4. Co-Option <\/strong>– Cllr Annis advised interest had been shown from a parishioner. The clerk would arrange for the necessary application form to be sent out<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES \u2013<\/em><\/strong> Minutes from previous meetings were approved and signed \u2013 proposed Cllr Kelly, seconded Cllr Clive \u2013 all in favour<\/li>\n

        a) 17\/01901 \u2013 Land between Pentalow and Berrycroft, Blacksmsiths Lane<\/strong> Amendments \u2013 Approved by WDC<\/em><\/p>\n

        b) 18\/<\/strong>00437 \u2013 Severn acres \u2013 new driveway and access \u2013 approved by WDC. <\/em>The clerk was asked to make contact with enforcements, asking when the unauthorised access will be closed<\/p>\n

        c) 18\/00489 \u2013 Rorkes Drift, Main Street \u2013 proposed car port \u2013 awaiting decision by WDC<\/em><\/p>\n

        d) 18\/00539 \u2013 The Pound Main Street \u2013 internal and external alterations associated with boiler installation \u2013 no objections<\/em><\/p>\n

        e) 18\/00682 \u2013 Greenacres \u2013 proposed garage and store \u2013 no objections<\/em><\/p>\n
