Cllr Eyre advised that this would be attended to when the road is re-surfaced<\/li>\n<li>\n    Parking Main Street \u2013 complaints made regarding the number of staff from Holland House parking on the road rather than using their car park. The clerk would write to the Manager<\/li>\n<li>\n    A request made for a bus stop in Brook Lane \/ bottom of Main Street<\/li>\n<li>\n    It was reported that a number of mobile homes (with permanent residents) are situated at Heathworks (Stricklands) \u2013 District Cllr English and Chair to make site visit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>PLANNING:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>a) 16\/01784 Brook Farm, Brook Lane \u2013 <\/strong>removal of cold store and water tank, change of use to provide pick-your-own and tea room \u2013 Approved by WDC<\/p>\n<p><strong>b)   16\/01958 Pool House, Main Street \u2013 upper ground floor single storey kitchen extension, lower ground floor single store extension and first floor bedroom with en suite extension \u2013 <\/strong>Approved by WDC<\/p>\n<p><strong>c)  16\/02039 Corran Dean, Smoke Lane \u2013 Supported care apartments to consist of 6 en suite bedrooms, self-contained staff accommodation, training room and living rooms &#8211;<\/strong> Approved by WDC<\/p>\n<p><strong>d)  16\/02260 10 Middle Lane, Cropthorne <\/strong>\u2013 Erection of garage &#8211; No objections<\/p>\n<p>f)  <strong>16\/02442 New Inn. Main Road   Extension<\/strong> &amp; Refurbishment \u2013 amendment to scheme approved under    15\/02974 \u2013 No objections<\/p>\n<p><strong>         Miscellaneous Planning Concerns: &#8211; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>         (i)  Stricklands \u2013 Living accommodation issues \u2013 with enforcement team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>    (ii)  Severn Acres \u2013 second access \u2013 with enforcement team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>                TRAVELLER PITCHES \u2013 <\/strong>The parish council had been advised that application 16\/00209 8 Evergreen had been<\/p>\n<p>put on hold whilst awaiting site \/ location plans.  District Councillor M English and Chair would make a site   visit to ascertain the site layout.  Furthermore, it was felt by the parish council, that the whole approach to traveller issues was being poorly handled by WDC, in particular the enforcement officers.  It was agreed that Cropthorne Parish Council make contact with ALL parish councils in Wychavon, asking for their support \u2013 to invite them to a meeting, share concerns and to work together as a \u2018unit\u2019.  County Councillor Eyre and District Council English would meet with Jack Hegarty (WDC) to share the parish councils concerns.<\/p>\n<p><strong> 2016\/21<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>VILLAGE HALL<\/strong> \u2013 Minutes from the recent meeting had been circulated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DISTRICT\/COUNTY COUNCILLORS REPORT<\/strong> \u2013 District Councillors report had been circulated to councillors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>County Councillor Eyre advised that Haselor Lane had been identified as a possible route for traffic, diverting away from Evesham.  She had opposed this on the grounds of the farm traffic that currently uses the route. Field Barn lane is to be \u2018tidied up\u2019 following the recent diversion after drainage in Main Street.  With regard speed limit on the B4084, Government Guidance considered the 40mph appropriate and little could be done to get this reduced<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>MATTERS ARISING:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n  Smart Water \u2013 Further kits had been distributed, still more to be delivered<\/li>\n<li>\n  Baldwins Bank \u2013 The clerk to ask lengthsman to strim Baldwins Bank<\/li>\n<li>\n  New Homes Bonus \u2013 Orders were being placed for Sound \/ Vision project now that monies had been received<\/li>\n<li>\n  Traveller Consultation \u2013 The clerk had been advised that the outcome was expected late 2016 \/ eary 2017<\/li>\n<li>\n  HGV Lorries\/Lay-by Main Road \u2013 No further action required<\/li>\n<li>\n  Rooftops Properties \u2013 Parking of vehicles \u2013 Rooftops had advised they would arrange for bollards to be installed on the \u2018open space\u2019 to deter parking of vehicles<\/li>\n<li><strong>SPEEDING B4084<\/strong> \u2013 Following the petition  \/  emails from residents requesting action with regard the speeding vehicles on the B4084, the following was agreed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    County Cllr Eyre to make enquiries to see if the school bus could drop off \/ collect children in the lay-be adjacent to the New Inn<\/li>\n<li>\n    2 x permanent vehicle activate speed signs to be placed in either direction (subject to CC approval)<\/li>\n<li>\n    White \u2018gates\u2019 to be installed in either direction on the B4084, and also top of Church Leys \/ Neigh lane (subject to CC approval)<\/li>\n<li>\n    \u2018Children Crossing\u2019 sign to be installed on the B4084 (subject to CC approval)<\/li>\n<li>\n    Red road surfacing with 40mph in white (subject to CC approval)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The clerk would email residents (on the residents email directory) to advise of the actions to be taken<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>FINANCE<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>\n   Approval of payments made\/to be made since last meeting, as listed below \u2013 All councillors approved<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"363\" height=\"161\" src=\"https:\/\/cropthorneparishcouncil.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/word-image.png\" class=\"wp-image-355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cropthorneparishcouncil.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/word-image.png 363w, https:\/\/cropthorneparishcouncil.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/word-image-300x133.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 363px) 100vw, 363px\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n  A copy of up to date accounts had been circulated to all councillors<\/li>\n<li>\n  Clerk Hours  &#8211;  It was agreed the clerk be paid for an additional 5 hours per month \u2013 previously discussed September 2015, provisional agreement to increase hours from 15 to 20 per month 2015 and reviewed in 2016.  All Cllrs agreed this acceptable.  Proposed Cllr Smythe, seconded Cllr King<\/li>\n<li><strong>ANY OTHER BUSINESS<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>          10.
