      Proposed Cllr Styan, Seconded Cllr Clive. APPROVED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. <\/strong>PLANNING<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      W\/26\/00510\/PIP<\/strong> \u2013 9 house development near Charlton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Council resolved to object to the planning application on the grounds of location, flooding, access and encroachment into the gap between villages. APPROVED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. DATE OF NEXT MEETING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Tues 5th<\/sup> May 2026 being the Annual Parish Meeting. APPROVED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
