      Proposed Cllr Styan, Seconded Cllr Clive. APPROVED<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. <\/strong>PLANNING<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      W\/25\/02460\/FUL Location: Land At (Os 9999 4454), Field Barn Lane, Cropthorne Description of Proposal: Erection of 9no. detached dwellings and associated works (including new footpath enhancements)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Parish Council resolved to object to the application on grounds including sustainability, location, highways issues and inadequate footpath proposals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
