1. APOLOGIES and <\/strong>DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <\/strong>from meeting Monday 6th<\/sup> May 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting will close for 10 minutes to allow parishioners to address councillors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To approve the purchase of 2 Litter bins provided by WDC.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    100L Floor mounted bin – \u00a3500 plus Fitting for floor mounted bin – \u00a321.65 \u2013 plus<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Emptying costs per annum – \u00a378.38 and an admin charge of 20%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. FINANCIAL MATTERS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. To Approve payments and income since 6th<\/sup> May 2025 meeting (circulated to cllrs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. To Approve external audit of accounts and note any comments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. To Approve the Council\u2019s Exemption Certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. To Approve the formal Annual Governance Statement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. To Approve the formal Annual Statement of Accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
