<strong>HIGHWAY MATTERS (TO INCLUDE FLOODING)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cllr Styan reported on a pollution issue in Basil Brook at the end of August.&nbsp; Caused by maintenance issues with Severn Trent sewage pipes.&nbsp; ST have repaired the pipes but the pollution is to be left to wash away in rainfall.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. &nbsp;&nbsp; CLERK\u2019S PROGRESS REPORTS \/ UPDATES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Section 106 funds for Open Spaces \u2026 unallocated amount is \u00a37945.27 to be spent on<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>public open spaces.&nbsp;
