      Proposed Cllr King, Seconded Cllr Clive. Approved<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. COUNTY COUNCILLOR \/ DISTRICT COUNCILLOR REPORTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cllr Eyre <\/strong>reported that spending pressures at County Hall had reduced but were still significant. Cllr Crump <\/strong>reported new promotions at Wychavon relating to household recycling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The meeting closed for 10 minutes to allow parishioners to address councillors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cllrs heard of concerns about a development at Bank Top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cllrs were asked to look into reviewing the Cropthorne Conservation Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4<\/strong>. PLANNING<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      W\/24\/00763\/FUL<\/strong> Location: Clives Of Cropthorne, The Heath, Main Road, Cropthorne Description of Proposal: Extension of glamping pod previously permitted for holiday use (retrospective). No comment to be made<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5<\/strong>. HIGHWAY MATTERS (TO INCLUDE FLOODING)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      a) Bus shelter dilapidation. <\/strong>No further action at present \u2013 keep under review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      b) Bus shelter vandalism. <\/strong>Cllrs resolved that the perspex in the bus shelter should be replaced and the costs sought from the parents of the individuals who carried out the vandalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. BALDWIN\u2019S BANK. <\/strong>Cllrs resolved that TC Contracting Quote for removing snowberry bushes and brambles at Baldwins Bank for \u00a3720 be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. PROGRESS REPORTS \/ UPDATES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      a) Clerk\u2019s report<\/strong> \u2026 2 No VAS signs to be ordered. Footpath bridge to be replaced shortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      b) Lengthsman <\/strong>\u2026 B484 footpath weed spraying to take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
