4. PLANNING:
- Presentations were made about mitigation proposals for developments in Middle Lane and Field Barn Lane. These included upgraded village footpaths and a potential new mini roundabout at the junction of ML and FBL plus passing place upgrades in FBL. Noted
- W/24/01886/FUL Location: Crown Castle Site, Blacksmiths Lane, Cropthorne, Pershore, WR10 3LX Description of Proposal: Demolition of two barns and erection of two dwellings (C3) and associated development. Resolved to object to the application on grounds of access, overdevelopment and impact on nature and further matters. Object
- W/24/02010/HP Location: 10 Croft Cottages, Field Barn Lane, Cropthorne, Pershore, WR10 3LY Description of Proposal: New front porch measuring approx 8’ by 9’ externally. Support
5. HIGHWAY MATTERS (TO INCLUDE FLOODING)
- Main Street Road Closure 18/1/2024 for one day for water main repairs. Noted
- 2 VAS solar panels for £946.15 Inc VAT from Elan City to fit onto new VAS signs – funded from CIL for approval. Approved
- New footbridge installed at Cropthorne Footpaths 513 and 512. Noted
6. PROGRESS REPORTS / UPDATES
- Clerk briefly reported on Lengthsman works to white posts on Lower Croft.
- Cllrs discussed a request for trimming of high trees on Baldwins Bank. Cllrs will visit the site.

A small refurbishment project has taken place and the village hall are looking at the condition of their solar panels.
