Tues 5th May 2026 at 7.00 pm at Cropthorne VH at the close of the Annual Parish Meeting.

5. To note the resignation of Cllr Annis. To note the process to fill two vacancies on the PC.
6. PLANNING:
a) Consultation 26/000037/CM – Upgrading measures for Cropthorne Sewage Works.
7. HIGHWAYS, FLOODING and ENVIRONMENTAL
a) To consider support for Cllr Styan’s water monitoring work by purchasing a water sampling tool costing £49.21 inc VAT.

a) to note and approve income and expenditure since March 2nd Meeting (circulated to councillors)
b) to note and approve insurance cover for 2026 – 27 with CLEAR Council insurance at £451.17
c) to approve membership payment for CALC and NALC as professional resource at £578.56
d) to approve asset register for 2026 – 27
e) to approve PC financial risk assessment.
f) to approve the draft annual accounts 2025/26
g) to approve the payment of clerk’s salary by standing order. At NALC scale point 13
h) to consider donation to South Worcestershire CAB
i)) to approve Duffy Regan as internal auditors for accounts 2025/26
