Election of Chair and Vice Chair of The Parish Council and acceptance of role.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from meeting Monday 10^th March 2025 and to note the inquorate meeting of 17^th April 2025.

3. COUNTY COUNCILLOR / DISTRICT COUNCILLOR REPORTS

The meeting will close for 10 minutes to allow parishioners to address councillors.

to note and approve income and expenditure since March 10^th Meeting (circulated to councillors)
to note and approve insurance cover for 2025 – 26 with CLEAR Council insurance at £474.06.
to approve membership payment for CALC and NALC as professional resource at £515.60
to approve asset register for 2025 – 26
to approve PC financial risk assessment.
to approve the draft annual accounts 2024/25
to approve the payment of clerk’s salary by standing order at rate set out at NALC scale point 13 and net of appropriate tax.
To consider donation to South Worcestershire CAB
To approve Duffy Regan as internal auditors for accounts 2024/25
to note passing of £250 grant from WDC for 8^th May VE Day Celebrations to Cropthorne First School.
